 Attached balcony with an open view – no building next to it
 Attached private washroom
  Access to the drawing room (can be used/decorated solely by you)
 Fully equipped kitchen: electric & gas stove, fridge, oven, water filter
 Shared utensils: plates, pans, cookers, etc.
 Just bring your clothes – everything else is ready for you!
The kitchen is in the middle of the unit, separating the two sides, so you’ll have privacy and a cozy space.
 I come from a good family and value a peaceful, respectful environment. Please no illogical or weird requests.
